Advantages and Disadvantages of Being a Vegetarian

Vegetarianism is a lifestyle that does not consume meat, poultry, or fish and derived products. They also avoid foods that contain milk and eggs.

Many believe, with more people becoming vegetarian safe from deadly diseases such as coronary heart disease and stroke. Because these foods tend to contain ingredients membayakan, such as cholesterol.
