Post-Married, People Tend Lazy Getting Sports

The latest survey shows that couples who are married tend to get less time exercising that indirectly make them at risk of disease.
A poll in Britain found that married couples do not get enough time to do physical activity for 150 minutes, rather than those who are still single.
"Because people who are married feel old and have more responsibility for their children and limit their activity patterns. Last weekend was a golden opportunity to take them out and enjoy the natural environment that has been shown to provide additional benefits," said Dr. Len Almond, a visiting professor at St. Mary's University College.
Meanwhile, Professor Dame Sally Davies, said, doing little physical activity every day will provide great benefits. "Adults can now get the time for 150 minutes a week to stay active in ten minutes. This can be obtained from daily activities such as fun runs or even cleaning the house," he said.
An academic study published the previous year showed that married couples are twice as likely to be obese than their peers who are single. The latest survey shows that couples who are married tend to get less time exercising that indirectly make them at risk of disease.
