Coffee Increases in Women Sex Drive

Once thought to have cancer-preventing effect and stimulate the memory, the latest penelitain sebuh revealed that a cup of coffee is believed to increase sex drive in women because the caffeine content.

Experts say caffeine can increase libido in women by stimulating the brain which then form the stimulation but this effect seems to only work on those who do not regularly consume coffee.

Dr. Fay Guarraci who led the study at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas said, many studies on the effects of coffee on the sexual behavior of men than in women studies. In a study published in Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Behaviour journal, Dr. Guarraci and colleagues provide moderate doses of caffeine in female mice at 108 and monitor behavior.

Mice given stimulus before coupled with male co-directed a high sexual appetite, but according to Dr. Guarraci drinking caffeine-rich beverages do not have the same effect in women who consumed coffee or tea in large quantities.

The researchers say human trials are still needed to determine the effects of caffeine on the libido. Other research confirms the caffeine in coffee, tea and cola was associated with increased blood pressure or risk of cancer although other studies have confirmed a cup of coffee can improve memory and reduce the risk of liver cancer.
