Why Children Need to Play?

Children learn and develop his confidence by playing. Playing in children is not something that happens or just to fill their spare time. Playing is very important for the children, because through play children explore the world around him, get insight into the events and situations. He learned to understand the world in the true sense.

Playing is learning
Playing is very important for children's personal development and the basis for further skills such as reading, writing, numeracy and understand many things. Play contributes to the growth and development of children physically, socially, cognitively, emotionally and spiritually. If children do not learn through the game, its impact not only on later school achievement, but also in personality and behavior

By playing children develop skills in the following areas:

·         Emotional abilities. Children learn to handle disappointment, develop perseverance, feel the excitement when the business was taken after several trials to achieve success.
·         Motor skills. Children develop rapid muscle responses, assess situation on the ground and hand-eye coordination better. Coarse and fine motor skills developed by playing.
·         Cognitive abilities. Through play children learn logic, concentrate better, refrain from action, understand the nuances of vocabulary and language learning.
The children hear, see, and feel with direct experience in their game. Children learn to understand the world by imitating and trying all sorts of complex interactions. A game that seems as simple as playing a role, drawing lines with a pencil on paper, dress up in front of a mirror, or climb a tree to teach children about themselves and their environment.

Children do not have patterns, habits or routines that remain. They are constantly faced with new opportunities are too exciting to pass up. Children are very intense in their play and explore the world with all its possibilities and its limits. Playing is "hard work" for a child. He found all things through his own creativity.

Playing feeling confident
Important addition to the development of children, the play also reinforces self-confidence. Children can say: "I can!" Learning to face the possibility and impossibility, learn to concentrate and deal with conflict can be obtained through free play. The meaning of free games is the freedom to explore without the demands of adults, the rules and time pressure. With the free play of a child develop self-confidence to:

·         interact with other children or adults
·         learn by trial and error
·         share with others
·         communicating and expressing an opinion
·         overcoming fear
By playing, children learn independently and responsibly, which is an important element in self-confidence. Unfortunately, many parents who restrict their children play freely thereby blocking the growth of self confidence. As parents we need to provide a safe and friendly environment where children can play freely. Let your child play with as little as possible programmed game. Outside the game not only healthy but also provide an important opportunity to explore the world. Even when it rains, the kids can have fun in the rain. Many moving and exploring nature are not only good for children but also will strengthen the sense of togetherness.
