We are born, grow, age and die. Everyone has experienced it without exception. As we age, our bodies will show it with a wrinkled face and the backs are getting bent.

5.       Exercise regularly. 6.       Adequate amounts of sleep regularly. Enough sleep is one of the most important habits for anyone over the age of 40. When you sleep, your body releases hormones that stimulate the growth of cell turnover. Your skin will suffer if you do not get the amount of sleep you need. Sleep can also reduce stress hormones that suppress the immune system and accelerate the aging process.
